| February of 1996 | SHENZHEN TOPBAND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT CO; was established in Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industrial Park. It was specialized in researching, developing and producing micro-controller for air conditioner. |
| August of 1997 | Microwave oven micro-controller of TOPBAND was appraised as hi-tech project by Shenzhen science & technology office. |
| May of 1999 | General manager WuYongQiang was awarded as Youth Pioneer of Shenzhen technology by Shenzhen government. |
| July of 1999 | Passed ISO900194 |
| October of 1999 | Intelligent research center of home appliance micro-controller was established with cooperation of TsingHua Research Institute and Herbin Industrial University. |
| July of 2000 | TOPBAND was valued as Shenzhen Hi-tech enterprise by Shenzhen Science & Technology office and became an administrative director of Shenzhen hi-tech industrial association. |
